McDonald's Has Very Convenient Bagged Ice You Didn't Know About

It's not common knowledge, but McDonald's sells bags of ice in stores. You can usually find them for between $0.99 and $1.50 per bag, with prices varying depending on region.
The 8-pound bags are between $0.12 and $0.19 per pound. Compare that to 7-Eleven, where a 10-pound bag is $2.50, you'll be paying $0.25 per pound.
Though pricing depends on location and other factors, it's clear McDonald's ice is a steal, and it's convenient — just ask for a bag at the cash register or drive-thru.
McDonald's isn't the only fast-food restaurant where you can buy ice, as other chains like Burger King, Chick-fil-A, Sonic, Arby's, and Dairy Queen sell bags of ice upon request.
