Samuelsson adds coconut milk to the mole verde sauce, giving it a unique taste. He adds more coconut milk while cooking the chicken and uses some for dipping.
Samuelsson gives insight into how he gets his coconut fried chicken so crispy, saying, "We actually have coconut flakes. That's what makes it so crunchy."
