Making Toasted Ravioli Is Way Easier In An Air Fryer
By Noor Anand Chawla
Toasted ravioli (aka fried ravioli) is a delicious, crowd-pleasing appetizer that's easy to make, and preparing this dish in an air fryer is easier than making it traditionally.
An air fryer speeds up the process of frying the ravioli and also ensures that the final result is more nutritious since it reduces the calories by 70% to 80% (per WebMD).
You can use homemade ravioli or save time with a store-bought variety. If frozen, defrost them in microwaved hot water or let them sit out to thaw and reach room temperature.
Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and combine eggs, seasonings, and flour in one bowl and seasoned breadcrumbs and Parmesan or Pecorino Romano cheese in another.
Once your ingredients are prepped and your ravioli are thawed, dip them into the flour and egg mixture, then into the breadcrumb mixture before cooking them in the air fryer.
