Make Tasty Frozen Vietnamese Coffee With Just 3 Ingredients
By Arianna Endicott
If you're a coffee connoisseur passionate about trying different coffee drinks, Vietnamese coffee's intense and creamy flavors will not disappoint.
While you can enjoy Vietnamese coffee as a hot beverage or with a few ice cubes, try freezing it to make a cold, refreshing treat.
The key to making frozen Vietnamese coffee is achieving a slush consistency. Pour your brewed coffee into a glass baking dish, mix in some sugar, and place it in your freezer.
When you remove the coffee from the freezer, use a fork to scrape it into smaller pieces. You can also break them up by putting them in a blender or food processor.
Once it's blended and you're ready to enjoy this treat, scoop the shaved coffee into a bowl or glass, crack open a can of sweetened condensed milk, and drizzle it over the coffee.
