Oatmeal Creme Pies were the original Little-Debbie-branded dessert circa 1960. They are soft, creme-filled oatmeal cookie sandwiches made with molasses and whole-grain oats.

Swiss Cake Rolls date back to 1963. They always come in pairs, making them easy to share, and their creme filling rolled up in fudge-coated chocolate cake is extremely popular.
