How Many Michelin Star Restaurants Are Found In Chicago?

Chicago is the Midwest's main cosmopolitan city, with more than 7,300 restaurants. Of those eateries, 26 restaurants have been awarded at least one Michelin star.
These 26 restaurants include 16 one-star restaurants, four two-star restaurants, and one three-star restaurant, Alinea. It's one of 13 restaurants in the U.S. to hold three stars.
Chicago is currently home to four restaurants with two Michelin stars. Oriole, Ever, Smyth, and Moody Tongue are praised as being worth the detour for their excellent cooking.
The one-star restaurants are worth the stop, too. In Chicago, Michelin-starred restaurants are innovative, creative, and modern rather than associated with regional cuisine.
