Here's Where Ina Garten Orders Her Favorite Penne Alla Vodka

The picturesque seaside community of East Hampton is where Ina Garten has proudly called home for over 20 years, so it’s no surprise that she has an expansive list of favorite eateries there. On this list is Nick & Toni's, whose Penne Alla Vecchia Bettola dish has inspired Garten’s own version of vodka pasta.
First opening its doors in 1988, Nick & Toni’s has delighted celebrities like Ina Garten with its excellently crafted dishes made from local ingredients. The Tuscan farmhouse-style restaurant offers an expansive menu that includes pizza, wood-grilled pork chops, and the now-famous Penne Alla Vecchia Bettola that keeps Ina Garten coming back.
It’s clear that many share a similar delight to the infamous vodka pasta dish itself, as it has stayed on the menu for more than 20 years. Garten even invited Nick and Toni's executive chef Joe Realmuto onto "Barefoot Contessa Back to Basics” to walk viewers through his pasta dish, but the best way to taste it may just be to head on over to East Hampton itself.
