If you’re not a fan of drinking leftover ramen broth once all the noodles are gone, you will love this unique hack that transforms the remaining broth into an eggy ramen dish.
Two eggs in an egg carton.
All you need to do is crack two eggs into the leftover soup, whisk it together, and microwave the cup or bowl for 3 to 4 minutes.

The result is a soft, springy, eggy soufflé-in-a-cup infused with the richness of flavorful ramen broth. You can even add green onions, sesame oil, and a sprinkle of cheese.
