However, Olive Garden employees on Reddit stated uneaten breadsticks are never re-served but are discarded or sometimes consumed by the staff.
Another employee highlighted the abundance of breadsticks, negating any need for recycling and assuring the disposal of even slightly imperfect ones.
For a massive casual dining chain, Olive Garden maintains high standards with most of their dishes made fresh onsite daily, except their desserts, which are defrosted upon order.
