Costco's Iconic Chicken Bake Includes One Unexpected Ingredient
By Meaghan Cameron
Costco's chicken bake is a tightly wrapped log of dough filled with chicken, bacon, onions, and cheese, making it a deliciously unique and popular food court item.
Its unique and unparalleled flavor is also enhanced by the unexpected tang of simple Caesar dressing, which is also a key ingredient if you want to make this dish from home.
For a simple homemade version, brush traditional pizza dough with Caesar dressing on the inside. Then, fill it with pre-cooked chicken, bacon bits, and shredded cheese.
Once your dough is filled, roll it up, brush the roll with more Caesar dressing, and generously coat it with additional pizza cheese before popping it in your oven.
Even if you opt for the Kirkland frozen Chicken Bakes, you should still brush the outside of your baked chicken before and after baking to infuse that special Costco flair.
