Bobby Flay's Favorite Ice Cream Is A Midwestern Classic

A person's favorite ice cream flavor says a lot about them, as someone who loves vanilla or chocolate likely respects the classics, while someone who likes orange sherbet probably enjoys the light and fun things in life. Although we don't trust everyone's palate, celebrity chef Bobby Flay deserves our attention.
On NBC's "Today" show, the chef detailed everything there is to love about Graeter's Ice Cream shop in Ohio and revealed that his favorite ice cream flavor is the not-so-traditional Black Raspberry Chip — a tart ice cream with a nice crunch and added sweetness from the chocolate chips. Other favorites of Flay include almost anything with a vanilla base, nuts, or caramel.
