A Bundt Pan Is Your Secret Weapon For The Crispiest Chicken Roast

Roasting, grilling, and using an air fryer are some of the ways to get your chicken roast tender, juicy, and, more importantly, crispy. However, there is one utensil in your kitchen that is the secret weapon to achieving that desirable crispy chicken roast — the Bundt pan.
According to Smart Chicken, the key to crisp skin is unobstructed airflow and that's where the Bundt pan's center column comes into play. The inspiration for this unlikely cooking tool may have come from beer can chicken, which requires sticking a chicken onto an open can of beer.
The Bundt pan works the same way as the chicken sits on the center tube and the hot air circulates freely around it. Food & Wine suggests roasting at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for about an hour; make sure to put the pan on a cookie sheet with raised sides to avoid chicken juices from spilling all over your oven.
