Foursquare Tips

  • Anyone who says pats and genos are the best are either tourists or their taste buds done connect to their brain. Steve's is one of the best, don't kid yourself!
  • We used to go up to NE Philly for Steve's. Best cheesesteak in Philly. I'm not from Philly but my boyfriend is and he knows his cheesesteaks. We were so excited when they opened one in Center City.
  • Your basic, run-of-the-mill South Philly steak knock-off, nothing outstanding hereexcept, what's up with the extra 30 charge for choosing provolone cheese????
  • Just opened. Excellent steaks, they actually melt the cheese unlike SOME famous steak shops :cough: pats :cough: genos : cough:
  • Best cheesesteak in the city
  • Awesome cheesesteak! So good
  • Spicy fries!!!
  • Cheese fries are almost as good as Geno's!
  • Haven't even tasted the sandwich but I know I won't be back. Rushed through the order for take-out. They wouldn't put ketchup on it and instead made me unwrap it and do it myself
  • Best cheesesteaks around!
  • Their cheese fries were awesome load up on the free toppings
  • Why would you wander from the ultimate classic: cheesesteak with onion and whiz.
  • Yum yum yum
  • Cajun chicken cheesesteak and spicy fries
  • Sliced not chopped, here. This place is solid. Grab an american fry with cherry soda along side that delicious steak.
  • Again and again and again...
  • Solid expression of the Philly Cheesesteak, they dont chop the meat here, full slices.
  • Quick service, good taste and variety. Sad they don't serve Coke
  • Super slow, kinda dirty. Its an ok steak, not the best.
  • Strongly recommended by a Philadelphia resident... and YES, THE BEST AUTHENTIC CHEESESTEAK in the city! Went for the classic with Cheese Whiz and it was sinful. Unforgettable and worth dying for!!
