Foursquare Tips

  • "The Burger" is the play here; try to take your time and enjoy every bite of this delicious concoction - it's more difficult than you would think.
  • You have to order 'The Good Life' to start...vodka, house-made ginger liqueur, demerara simple, lime, orange bitters. Delish!
  • The rye selection at this Milton bar makes it worth the trip to the suburbs. There might be the occasional well-heeled child in the room, but their Shirley Temple will be made with house grenadine.
  • Finally an extraordinary place to eat in Milton!
  • This eclectic menu has some great things you've never tasted, try the polenta with meat ragu
  • The Mussels are the most tender I've ever had and the lobster broth they are served in puts it over the top. This place rocked from beginning to end.
  • The lamb meatballs are very tasty. I'd recommend a bar seat if you can snag one.
  • Truly amazing, across the board--GORGEOUS space; open yet cozy atmosphere; friendly service; eclectic and delicious menu; creative and knowledgable bartenders... Kudos to you, Steel & Rye!
  • Holy crappolla, this place is excellent from all angles. Splurge and you will be rewarded heftily with deliciousness. Mussels, halibut, cucumber gazpacho, pastas...on and on and on...
  • Burger is excellent !
  • Exceptional service! Ask to sit by the kitchen to watch them create your food. Definitely go for a bunch of appetizers - they're all amazing. Finish off with a dessert if you can!
  • Totally worth the drive from wherever you hail from Metrowest. Go with the cocktails and the pastas. Don't skip dessert.
  • Great cocktails and service! The frequently changing menu is sure to please. Be prepared to wait if you don't arrive early. Try to get a high top table in the bar or snag a corner seat at said bar

  • Appetizers and service.
  • while loud & dark, which made it difficult to read while inebriated, the food was delicious and something new for me. Lamb Meatballs!!!
