The two new products are “Reputation Management” a.k.a. WebChatter and an “Online Menu Ordering System,” a.k.a. DineOutOnline.
The reputation management program, also referred to as WebChatter, is designed to monitor your online reputation and provides a dedicated page attached to the restaurants website to encourage happy customers to post their positive reviews. The dedicated review pages are indexed by the search engines enhancing the restaurants online visibility.
The Online Menu Ordering System, also referred to as DineOutOnline, is designed to provide independent restaurants with a stable online ordering system that has built in marketing capabilities like email, mobile text messaging and the ability to post coupons.
