Tips

  • Rec'd: whole-wheat-spaghetti dressed w/ pistachio pesto and zucchini; bucatini all amatriciana. via New York Magazine/Grub Street | The 30 Best (New) Cheap Eats in New York [July 12, 2015]
  • Spaghetti Bolognese was there exact meaty red sauce one would want. Kale pesto, don't do it. Kale is not for pesto. Artichoke arancini were great although not too choke-y. Great windowfront table.
  • One of my favorite Italian spots in NYC.
  • Solid Italian restaurant at LES. I have been there twice. Solid pasta and wine. Cash only, but they have an ATM at the back.
  • Everything!
  • Get the lamb ragu papperdelle! The pasta texture is amazing. Also really liked the burrata but not the brussel sprouts as much (too vinegary). Not a huge restaurant so it gets a little cramped.
  • restaurante e street food - massas em cones

  • Really enjoyed the Kale Pesto but the Bucatini Amatriciana was too salty and cant taste any traces of garlic.
  • I love everything about this place: the food is well priced, tastes great, and comes in a perfect size. The atmosphere is also really cozy. Any of the arancini are awesome.
  • Great Italian place with cosy location!
  • Beautiful place, delicious and authentic food. Bummer they only accept cache.
  • straightforward concept - spaghetti with your choice of sauces - executed very well, at a great price
  • Comida italiana muito bem feita com preo justo os vinhos tbm tem um custo legal mas tem poucas opes. Vale a visita.
  • Great al dente spaghetti options. Salad is passable but the pasta is where the bang for the buck lies. Cash only
  • Cozy vibe and really affordable pasta. Quite a nice experience.
  • The carbonara was delicious, and their wine selection won't break the bank. Great spot. Cash only.
  • Chitarra, classic but AMAZING.
  • You really can't go wrong here. Everything is delicious, the staff refuse to rush you even when they're at their busiest, and you can't beat the vibe.
  • This place is super dark and cozy and serves delicious spaghetti dishes! The rice balls are great for an appetizer to share with friends
