Tips

  • The good thing about this mall that it has two parts: one for average shoppers and another for shopper who's into haute couture. Biggest mall in Michigan that has abundance of stores.
  • Poor people on the north side, rich people on the south side, sky walk is no mans land.
  • Visit the Detroit shoppe on level 2 by macys. So cool
  • Park in the structure.
  • Home of the snobby and self entitled. If you listen closely you can here the sticks being inserted up peoples @$$es...
  • I enjoy shopping here over other malls because I've found it is less crowded and there are more retailers available. Beautiful building and understandable layout.
  • Only mall with an IPod vending machine
  • Is it Xmas time? Then i suggest you leave your car at home!
  • Choose your side wisely!
  • Find a parking spot that is less than a ten minute walk from the entrance!
  • Nordstrom shoe department rocks!
  • Classy Mall. You will enjoy each detail in this mall. It divided into 2 parts. Both connected with Sky Walk (Glass Bridge). One part has regular brands (Biggest) and the other parts for Luxury Brands
  • Always use Valet...hehe
  • Be sure to remember where you parked... or just go Valet!
  • Don't come here during tax season RT!!
  • Park on the sidewalk.
  • Best store at Somerset: Apple, best products and best customer service
  • Lots of luxury stores occupy Somerset North and South, such as Macy's, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Brooks Bros., Apple (one of three Apple Stores in the Metro Area), The Detroit Shoppe, and more.
  • skip out on starbucks here... the line is always out the door!
  • Every store you could possibly want to go to is here.
