Foursquare Tips

  • Rather than multi-bill nights, the Soho Theatre programmes solo, hour-long shows from some of the finest comedy acts in the world.
  • The hair downstairs are not very comfortable. I might need to lose a few stones or bring a cushion!
  • A major 2011 refurbishment of this bastion of new theatre included the launch of Downstairs, a dedicated comedy and cabaret space.
  • Great place for comedy and new writing... If you have a free night there is always something interesting on... And the bar is a great soho hangout as well!
  • Great option for cheap theatre/comedy in London. Tourists take note.
  • Cheap and good beer, cool ambiance and vibe. Nice people all around
  • Great small central theatre
  • Here to see Richard Gadd!
  • Performing arts, theatre, comedy, cabaret
  • You can take glasses from the bar DOWNSTAIRS without decanting into plastic (as there's another bar down there!)
  • Kim Noble's You're Not Alone is highly recommended!
  • James Rhodes live - amazing!
  • Get great value pizza at Soho Joe's next door before a show
  • Small performances, great variety of entertainment, casual bar, low ticket prices
  • Good spot to catch the latest acts from Edinburgh.
  • Large theatre with few rooms. Several plays a day. You can sit at a table and enjoy a drink while watching a play.
  • Small and busy with shows play every hour on the hour..located smack bang in the middle of the action in Soho
  • Comedy! Take a chance on something new, reasonably priced tickets and you're unlikely to be disappointed. Bar is buzzing every night and the theatre spaces are great.
  • 14 people fit into a row. Or so we were told. Many times. As we were squished ever closer to our neighbour.
  • Squished seating. Annoying.
