Wow. Went to Top Of The Hub around 7:00 pm just as the sun was setting and it was truly beautiful. I didn’t realize had such a beautiful skyline! We sat right by the window ($24 minimum for a seat with a view).
We did the three-course prix-fix meal for dinner and everything was outstanding. The spicy lobster soup had coconut milk and it was so creamy and warming. The beet salad with Burrata cheese and aged balsamic- so goof!
For entrees, I got the pan-seared scallops that came with a big serving of braised cannellini beans and an arugula pesto which was different than any pesto I’ve had. My friend got the braised short ribs with whipped potatoes and grilled asparagus, which was the perfect summer dish.
Of course, dessert was amazing too. We got blueberry upside down cake and caramel crème brulee. All of these dishes were paired with the perfect wines and drinks. It was $78 per person with drinks, which was completely worth it, especially considering our view. Go at sunset!
