Cutting out gluten can also mean increasing the amount of fruit and vegetables in your diet.

But, unless you have Celiac disease, which means your body is actually incapable of processing gluten without damaging your digestive system, eliminating all foods with gluten may not be the magic bullet you're looking for. In fact, skipping whole grains can leave you without important vitamins.
