Tips

  • All three of us enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and wonderful smells of great Italian food cooking! The service we received was top-notch, prices were very reasonable, and the food was really good.
  • Saputo's is a great place. I love Big Franks salad dressing. Its not fancy but really good. People that complain about price are just cheap. They have great dinners that include salad. Best place!
  • great service! baked rigatoni was soooo good! :)
  • the manicotti was delicious, tho it had way too much sauce.
  • The baked rigatoni is terrific, as is the house dressing.
  • Baked Ravioli has waaaayyyy too much cheese on it...still delish nonetheless :)
  • baked ravioli
  • Bake ravioli. is very good. Olive salad could be better.
  • Service very good. Baked ravioli very good.
  • My friend and I went to Springfield for an Art Show and popped in for wine and a light dinner. WOW... They had one of our favorite Pinot Noir wines and we shared their baked pasta. Yummy
  • Thumbs up for their "nontraditional" baked lasagna; even better w/ sausage on top
  • My aunt used to love the salad dressing you could get in the plain, unlabled bottle. It's a quaint little Italian place in the heart of downtown, near the convention center.
  • I love Saputo's. Its the go to place in Downtown Springfield. All the owners are congenial and accommodating .
  • I come to town for business every few weeks and always make it a point to come here for dinner. The food service and drinks are the best in town.
  • Would recommend to everyone and we will be sure and stop in again if we are in Springfield IL.
  • My friend and I came in to celebrate her birthday, our server Casey was amazing! She helped me sneak out back to my car to surprise my friend with a birthday cake.
  • Delicious cuisine
  • The house dressing is outstanding! Had the baked ravioli, the most incredible flavor. This is Italian as it should be!
  • Italian Breaded Steak with extra garlic sauce is must eat.
  • Never. Ever. Ever. Come here. Robert Irvine, get your butt over here. Grossest meal in a long time.
