Tips

  • Sahadi's is a family-run middle eastern emporium that sells everything the local shops also sell (cheese, nuts, dried fruit, fairtrade coffee) but for about half the price. - Elizabeth, TheFABlife.com
  • Destination Middle Eastern market for spices, olives, coffee, yogurt, cheese, prepared foods, and more. Be prepared to get lost in the aisles; bring a big shopping bag.
  • You can find any spice here. Not to mention the best nuts, candy, coffee, chocolates, olives, etc. They close at 7pm and are not open on Sunday.
  • Get the spanakopita, hummus, fried cauliflower, lamb meatballs. smart locals shop here & Key & the farmer's market, not TJ's. Saturdays are not as bad as they once were & you're supporting a great guy
  • Try the Potato Flatbread-potatoes are pan-fried with thyme, cilantro, and onions that have a sweet, caramelized sheen, and the whole thing on flatbread is topped w/ a flurry of crunchy scallions
  • did this :D
  • Best damn Baba Ganoush I've ever had. Homemade and fresh. Don't leave without at least 1 container of it from the deli counter.
  • Rude fellow customers here on the weekends.
  • You cannot buy better hummus, simply doesn't exist!
  • bulk nuts, seeds, flours...the best selection of hard to find food items, too. grain free baking supplies: almond flour, flax meal, etc.
  • Established 1948.
  • Wednesday 12pm = Prime Retiree and Baby Stroller Time.
  • Stock up for dinner parties here. Delicious homemade hummus. Great selection of dried foods and fruits: nuts, yogurt pretzels, dried mango and pineapple!
  • 3G coverage is abysmal
  • Everything about this place is awesome.
  • The best nuts! Ladies....
  • Wholesome foods at reasonable prices.
  • Stroller traffic jams in Saturday.
  • Get their fresh baked bread. All of it is amazing.
  • Great Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and European imports for extremely cheap prices. An extensive selection of olives, grains, and cheeses. $3.50 for half of a cheese wheel that'd normally be $12-15!
