  • Order the Fools in Paradise, which makes whiskey go down smoothly by mixing it with cinnamon-infused pear brandy and citrus: http://tmoutchi.us/13EV7jr
  • Patrons will be able to sample precisely assembled cocktails thanks to Mike Ryan running the show behind the bar. They can also expect delectable dishes prepared by Heather Terhune.
  • Ok so go to the bar and ask for Chris, he means business when it comes to drinks!! Ask for a Little Sister and tell him that "Katie Sent Ya!" ;) he'll put hearts in the foam of your cocktail! Love!!
  • One of the best beverage programs in the country.
  • A place for perfect Manhattans.
  • Let Freddy make you a drink, bartender's choice.
  • The Spanish gin and tonics at Sable Kitchen + Bar is one of the 100 best things we drank this year. http://tmout.us/rLOtk
  • Must-try cocktail: Transfinite Induction. A complicated blend of rum, apricot brandy, allspice dram, and bitters; pairs well with heady conversation.
  • If you're getting apps do get the Lamburger Sliders.
  • Sit at the bar and check out the 60+ long cocktail list. If you can't find at least one drink you like then you don't like drinking!
  • We loved our pork belly BLTs, bison short-rib sliders, and sweet-corn crme brle (who knew this was possible?), and we swooned over the pistachio-cherry duck sausage with Parmesan grits.
  • Tired of cucumber-tomato salad? This one is special, with crispy chick peas and smoked tomato coulis.
  • Order two half orders on appetizers instead of a full order because they charge $4 for 2 pretzels and $8 for 3. It makes no sense at all.
  • war of roses. amazing cocktail. war of roses.
  • Fresh mint and lime brightened the "War of the Roses" with Pimm's, gin and St-Germain, while the "Transfinite Induction" blends rum with apry, allspice dram and lemon juice.
  • Sliders, flatbread pizzas and the corn creme brle were awesome as were all the specialty cocktails. Skip the seafood which were meh and expensive.
  • Everything! We came to celebrate my birthday so we got to try everything-my fav were the cheese curds with spicy ketchup, deviled eggs, poutine, and the lamb entree!
  • While the scallops were deliciously spicy and oversized, my friend notes they could've come with a side. This is the large portion, FYI.
  • With half- and full plates on the menu you can sample a few different dishes. I loved the beef sliders--perfectly grilled onions on top.
