Tips
- The burger is amazing
- Its a mash-up of prowling cougars, rich socialites and Ed Hardy-wearing jackasses, but theres no better place for watching the Rittenhouse society set get bombed on glasses of ros and heavy pours.
- Sit outside. Eat anything. Drink a lemonade martini.
- $16 The Rouge burger comes on a challah roll with caramelized onions and gruyere cheese, and comes with a side of parmesan and truffle pommel frites. YUM!
- The margarita thats all you need to know!
- Great service, reasonably priced brunch, not too crowded on Saturday. Huevos rancheros was tasty, portion size a little small though. Delicious coffee served in individual French press!
- One of my favorite summertime spots. Keep an eye on the specials menu, thats where the gold is
- Be sure to say hi to Tommy! One of the NICEST bartenders in the city!
- Great atmosphere!
- Burgers + truffle fries.
- Spicy Duck Soup.
- I had a great time and the food was delicious ( starwberry spaghetti and a watermelon cooler )
- GQ reviewer's favorite cheeseburger in America. The Rouge Burger.
- Rittenhouse people-watching at its best. Have yourself a glass of rose' and get bombed next to Philly's finest.
- Who doesn't love Tommy & Raphael?!?!
- Say Hi to Tommy George, the best bartender on the Square!
- Mushroom truffle scramble. Do it
- Wonderful place for brunch! We love a teensy sidewalk table brimming with coffee mugs, pints of Bloody Marys, and lately the rich and delicious croque madame. With a side of crispy bacon.
- Me new favorite drink is the rose rouge. And, I agree with other tips about the heirloom tomato salad!!
- The cheesesteak, at least at this French-style cafe, is all but forgotten. The 12-oz Rouge Burger comes with nutty Gruyre, caramelized onions, and a haystack of pommes frites.
