Foursquare Tips

  • SKIP! Overpriced, mediocre, salty, oily vegetables and a thoughtless dining experience. Organic canned corn should not be marked up to $7. If fresh, organic is the theme, cook veggies in season.
  • WAYYY overpriced for the portions they give you. Save your money and go to the Asian valley.
  • What do you expect? This is WEST LA, not San Gabriel Valley. Of course it's going to be slightly pricier. The food is damn good though. I'll go back again.
  • Westside XLBs...don't have to travel east
  • Awful. Just awful.
  • A little bit on the pricy side, but great authentic Taieanese flavors if you can't make it out to the SGV.
  • Don't waste precious space on anything but soup dumplings. Kale a great accompaniment.
  • The food is good but the xiao long bao is what I'd come back for here. The chicken soup deserves a mention too, a simple, delicious broth.
  • Try their three cup chicken
  • Dim sum and then some. ROC rocks!
  • Pricy, but really good. Get the pork buns for extra value, super tasty and super filling. The Chinese spinach was also excellent. If you keep an eye on it you can do dinner for $20/person.
  • Spicey Beef Noodle Soup. Get it, you won't regret it!
  • It's no Din Tai or any other San Gabriel dumpling spot. A bit overpriced too. It is however probably the most decent Chinese spot on the Westside so far
  • The crispy pork & shrimp dumpling is delicious! Whole shrimps inside and the crispy outer layer is so fun to eat! The dungeness crab fried rice has fresh pieces in there. Yum!
  • Not good and way overpriced for what u get
  • Just OK. And overpriced! I'll recommend this place only if u live in the westside and don't wanna waste time on traffic.
  • Best Taiwanese food on the #Westside. Get their beef rolls! It's better than their xiaolongbao (though these aren't bad either).
  • Really good but the portions are very small and it's so over priced :/ it was good though.
  • These are the guys who lied about Jonathan Gold saying this was the only good dim sum on the Westside. He actually finds this place mediocre. I went there today and found the service to be hideous.
  • They doubled the space but did not double the service.
