Fig & Olive Debuts New Aperitivo Menu, Cocktails, And Seasonal Small Bites

West Hollywood's Fig and Olive has launched a variety of new cocktails, lounge snacks, and summer dishes. The new menu items from Executive Chef Wilfrid Hocquet highlight the bold aromatics of the Southern Mediterranean coast.

Their new Aperitivo Happy Hour menu includes burrata, tomato, and watermelon salad; Tuscan artichoke; a selection of cheeses; truffle mushroom croquette; lamb meatballs; beef sliders, Mediterranean flatbread with yogurt; and truffle fries. Also available are a wide variety of crostinis. The specialty cocktail menu includes a raspberry mojito with rum, raspberries, and mint; a rossellini with passionfruit vodka, blood orange juice, and lime; and a cucumber cosmo with cucumber vodka, elderflower liqueur, and cucumber puree.

The new summer dinner menu includes dishes accented with mint, gremolata, saffron, and honey. Highlights include tomato watermelon gazpacho, quinoa tabbouleh, lamb meatballs, a Tomahawk steak with chimichurri, whole branzino, and a strawberry sorbet with thyme meringue.
