  • Good food but terrible service
  • Michael Symon loves the Belgian eats and beer at Resto in New York, NY, on Food Network's The Best Thing I Ever Ate. We recommend the Large Format Feast. Find more tips at Food Network Local.
  • Prepare for an intimidating beer menu. Order the moules frites w/coconut curry sauce. Order the all sauce sampler only if you are a fan of mayo on your fries
  • For brunch, eggs Benedict gets a twist, being served on crispy waffles studded with chewy lardons. A regular special is deliciously light pancakes with cream and fruit, like freshly sliced peaches.
  • For brunch, the eggs benedict is amazing. Two runny eggs over waffles with bacon cooked into the waffle = sweet/savory bliss with every bite!
  • Gansevoort Recommend
  • The deviled eggs are a must have. The Food Network recommends the lamb as do I. Interested in coming back for the moules fritte and the pasta.

  • The chicken entree is worth it for just the chicken sausage. Amazing. Pay with Cover to complete the experience.
  • The Cote de Boeuf was amaaazing. The bone marrow was an excellent compliment to the rib eye. And the Bernaise dipping sauce with a hint of maple? So yum. Seriously melts in your mouth.
  • Be prepared to wait. For a table. For your food. For everything. Budget 3 hrs for a meal. Thanks to the most inefficient kitchen.
  • Service sucks - foods dice
  • Their Hangover Pasta is gluttony perfected!!
  • Get the ceviche! Small portion but delicious
  • They brought their Resto Charcuterie Royal Boudin Blanc Sausage and House Made Bacon to Choice Eats and it was a big hit!
  • Holy crap! There brunch menu is devine. I think may egg covered waffles were made with bacon and syrup. Gagaga!
