• Friendly service (mayb a bit slow due to understaffness), clean interior, limited bar seating, Japanese pop bkgrd music. You need to ask for the hot tea, otherwise they default to ice water.

• Their okonomiyaki comes in a 6" diameter pie, good enough to share between 2 people. Less hefty than what I am used to from other places.
