  • cubs sports roll is my fav!!!
  • Must Try: Pink Lady
  • Awesome sushi, especially the Godzilla, Beauty and the Beast and the Spicy Crunchy Tuna roll. Tuna Tataki as an app = yum.
  • Get the Sakura roll - by far the favorite of the rolls we ordered!
  • Sashimi slices are too big. The flavors would be enhanced if the pieces were cut smaller. Good food, nice atmosphere! Try the sake tori skewer. Be aware of BYOB.
  • Cubs roll or go home!
  • Ukai is my favorite sushi place to go to in Chicago. The quality of sushi is one of the best in Chicago.
  • Atmosphere, sushi presentation, service, are all stellar.
  • Had a birthday lunch there recently. The service was great and the food is amazing. Cozy clean environment with a nice atmosphere. Love the ahi poke.
  • Good udon noodle soup. BYOB wine and beer only, no hard alcohol.
  • The Gomae is very good. Done like little sushi roll pieces, not a mess of boiled spinach like most places.
  • The Godzilla and the BYOBness
  • Sox Roll and Pink Lady are the best.
  • Very friendly.. I recommend the HAWKS MAKI!! LUV this place & so close to me!!! :-) Enjoy!!
  • My favorite sushi spot in Lakeview. Highly recommend the Crunchy Spicy Tuna and Beauty & The Beast rolls. Staff is great. Also it's BYOB with no cork fee!
  • Overrated sushi. Fish isn't that good so they smother it in spice and sauce.
  • Byob, great value sashimi, beautiful food, romantic spot suitable for a date. No to noodle dishes.
  • The gomae and spicy miso are rocking! And I'm only at the beginning of my feasting!
  • Start with the gomae. You won't taste the spinach, but will taste amazing.
