  • The Tavern in Old Salem is an upscale, casual dining experience located in the location formerly known as Old Salem Tavern. New ownership of this business began July 17, 2012.
  • When you walk inside you're transported back in time. This place is great, food-people-prices all worth a stop in!
  • Here's a first for me. Had the grandson with us for dinner and asked for an additional piece of bread. The waiter said there would be a charge for additional bread. What a bunch of tight wads!
  • This is a little pricy for college students, but I've eaten here several times, and it defines good homestyle. Moravian chicken pot pie and the bread plate-- AHH.
  • Great little bar and restaurant!
  • The food was delicious! The lady in charge of seating us was curt and rude and almost spoiled the day. Our attentive waiter saved the day.
  • The turkey, bacon and feta cheese on Pita with apple slaw is great!
