• Just ate a Half Baked dish. Loved the fish wraped around the center. Served warm which was a pleasant surprise. The flavors combine in my mouth with a very pleasant surprise.

• The tuna tar-tare could be an ok dish, except that it's served with wrapped saltines, which completely ruin the presentation. Otherwise, I love the creamy texture, but it could use a squeeze of lemon.
