• Passing thru town, found a hidden gem. Got the Hoffbrau, blue schnitzel, potato pancakes, Brussels sprouts, watched the Polka band. Without exaggeration, one of the best dining experiences of my life.

• They charge you .50 to try a small sample of their draught beer. It's not listed anywhere on their menu so beware. I have never been charged to taste something on tap.....

• Hot Springs is a somewhat quirky place for a getaway and the hubs and I stumbling upon this restaurant was a nice surprise. Gorgonzola schnitzel, red cabbage and potato salad = awesome.
