Tips

  • The most unpretentious sushi bar in Seattle is the tchotchke-riddled province of Ken Yamamotoa guy so modest and genial its hard to believe he has a license to kill you...
  • Sushi, order the sushi! Don't be fooled by the outside, this is a very good spot and they serve delicious food.
  • It's a great operation ran by a family. Mom and son doing the hosting. The father cutting the fish. Decor could use some work but the fish is delicious.
  • Everything is good! Talk to Ken behind the bar, he'll let you know what's great. I am so sad I didn't get here sooner...
  • Only a dinner restaurant. But do try it. Excellent sushi, nigiri and tempura. Try their spring menu!
  • Very good service. Comparatively quiet atmosphere. A pleasant bar to hop, without a doubt.
  • Tori-karrage
  • They have ramen! Shoyu, Shio and Miso
  • Best lunch Bento in town
  • If you can't do the Omakase, then you can't go wrong with the Chirashi...the best in Seattle. Also try some of Ken's specially made dishes like ankimo.
  • Solid Chirashi Bowl!
  • Try the Unagi Don Bowl - Giant Unagi Bowl! Enough for 2!
  • If you're in a hurry, this isn't the place you wsnt to be. Seevice is slooooooooow, and not particularly friendly.
  • Best sushi in town. Try the tuna roll, its fantastic!
  • Best sushi I've ever had... A must stop in Seattle!!
  • A fantastic value. Their sashimi servings are large compared to other places Ive visited.
