Tips

  • The lemon-pineapple pancake souffl is wonderfully light and sweet.
  • Best AND most affordable breakfast in the Poipu area. Plus the Koa Kea strikes a perfect balance between posh/upscale + low key casual.
  • The pork tenderloin entree is excellent
  • Sushi is amazing! Try sashimi sampler plate.
  • Perfect breakfast spot with a lovely view!
  • Nice selection of classic cocktails.
  • Order the eggs Benedict and skip the burrito, you're not in Texas people.
  • Ask for the ribeye steak prepared like the tomahawk steak is on the menu. Amazing...
  • Pricey but worth it for date night. The scallops with champagne butter sauce blew my mind, and the ahi with furikake and risotto was lovely.
  • By far the best dining option in Poipu - sashimi is great.
  • Breakfast: Everything, but the Lobster Benedict was special. Cocktails innovative and saboroso. Dinner: Appetizers Ahi, scallop or bone marrow. All fish entrees amazing. Panda cotta for dessert
  • Excellent food and service. Exceeded my expectations for a hotel restaurant. The mahi was the best prepared I've had on the island.
  • Lemon-pineapple souffl pancakes.
  • Res Salt was our absolute favorite dining experience on the island. Beautiful plating and sophisticated flavor pairings. Recommend the sweet onion and corn soup as well as the charred ahi.
  • Sushi is great. Sit in front of the chef & do chef's choice.
  • Excellent food - no detail overlooked. Impressive cocktails with a real depth of flavor.
  • The best mai tais in the world.
  • - - . , $50) - ! ...
  • Everything. The best restaurant on the south shore of Kaua'i.
  • Food was OK. Service not what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Given this is supposed to be THE boutique hotel this side of the island I definitely expected more.
