Tips

  • Incredible Sunday roast. One of the best in London.
  • Londonist Towers is right next door. We're watching you right now...
  • Roasted Kilravock farm pork belly with all the trimmings, YUMMMM
  • Go for their Sunday roast! Totally amazing!
  • Always excellent
  • WiFi: scotchegg
  • Try the sticky toffee pudding
  • Great Place, Great Food! Def. Recommended
  • I had the Pollock. Weird, small, overpriced, not impressed.
  • Maybe I had too high expectations. The highlight must be definitely the Sunday roast - the flat iron and the celery soup were good, but not impressive.
  • Sunday roast has been just great!!
  • We tried the pork belly, fish with clams, confit duck and the pork hock with lobster. Everything was delicious. The scallop ceviche was too sweet for my liking though.
  • Confit Duck, double dip chips, pork belly, mackerel
  • I do like this place, but only for drinking. The food sounds amazing and tastes great but terrible value for money and I always leave unsatisfied. Shame.
  • "This old fashioned pub spreads over two floors. The ground floor is a large pub that serves casual food, in a light and airy room. Upstairs is a more formal dining room."
  • try the scotch egg, it is delicious! and so is the pork belly and the paice!!
  • Don't wear a short skirt if you're dining upstairs..the stairs aren't modesty enhancing.
  • Sunday lunch is served until 8pm in this handsome pub, and both downstairs bar and upstairs restaurant are packed with a convivial crowd for the full eight hours.
  • Good beer from local London breweries. Nearly four quid a pint, mind, but it is Shoreditch
  • Amazing how the place change so quickly
