Tips

  • Get your butt over here for avocado toast (seeded whole wheat, chile, lemon, sea salt), and the fried duck egg sandwich with Nueskes bacon, avocado, frise, and green garlic pesto).
  • Everything we ordered was excellent, but the deviled eggs are a must. Also great: the Brussels sprouts chips, the burrata, the carpaccio and the halibut.
  • Serving classic cocktails, plenty of meat (including their famous burger) & seafood dishes. Theres a wood-fired oven, which fits right in with the area.
  • For brunch: try the polenta cakes and chicken / jalapeo open faced sandwich. Marlowe burger worth a try too.
  • 7x7's Big Eat 2012 says the deviled eggs are delicious. Yum!
  • Weinberg hired really good bartenders who pay homage to the Mooses with such drinks as Mary Etta's Bubbles ($10) and Ed's Negroni ($10)
  • Brussels sprout chips are a yummy bite. Parisienne Gnocchi is absolutely amazing--a must. Have the Sancerre with the fried baby artichokes. Great ambience to boot!
  • The Deviled eggs are Devine and the Marlowe burger is scrumptious!
  • Deviled eggs. Just do it.
  • The Deviled Eggs and Brussel Sprouts apps are fantastic!
  • Love the avocado toast and polenta for brunch. But skip the chocolate creme brle.
  • The scene everyone wants to be a part of. Try the schnitzel with bacon-fat eggs and marinated anchovies, and a hangover-helper cocktail of Fernet Branca, ginger beer and lemon.
  • Polenta cakes with poached eggs are awesome (brunch). Bloody Mary's are great and made with a secret ingredient (beef stock) and fresh horseradish.
  • Deviled eggs, Brussels sprouts chips, and a damn decent burger
  • My favorite raw dish is a plate of bite-size vegetables - radishes, carrots, green cauliflower and celery - surrounding a green goddess dip thick with tarragon and other freshherbs.
  • Come early if you don't have a reservation to nab a spot at the communal table
  • Farm eggs with spinach and Italian bacon is definitely something I'd order twice.
  • Wagyu beef jerky. You will not be disappointed.
  • baked eggs. must.
  • Try the brussel sprout chips
