Tips
- The quirky, comforting, and delicious menu is both whimsical and earnest. It is constantly evolving but standout items have included a novel twist on crab rangoon and the carrot crepe.
- Come early and grab a drink in the backyard. Always start brunch with the BEC egg rolls (ask for a side of the sweet chilli sauce). At dinner, make sure the carrot crepe lands on your table.
- Literally everything is incredible. Can't recommend highly enough.
- I know its been mentioned 19 times already... the carrot crepe my review on it is that it tastes like a magical fairy tale yo mouth. It felt like something out of 11 Madison park!
- Latkes were too fried for brunch. The gravix lox was good but the crackers were oversalted so ruined the combination. The egg rolls were too fried.
- Super cute backward
- Literally everything
- Food is a bit overrated but solid. Get a drink in the garden out back.
- Newsweek '19 Top 9 BK Places: Back garden crammed w/fresh herbs, a quail coop & tub full of crawfish, all of which end up on the nightly menu. Neighborhood spot that's achieved destination restaurant.
- Lavender frozen yogurt TONYC
- One of the best restaurants.. amazing pudding
- Wonderful choice for brunch in the area. Try the breakfast burger with raclette, sauce choron and pickles.
- Everything (and I mean everything) was delicious, but the uni and sweet potato pierogi goes down as one of the best things Ive ever eaten. Could not recommend more highly.
- Amazing staff and delicious, creative food!
- Squash rings, carrot crepe, warm cocktails in the garden under a heat lamp
- Reservations open a month in advance. Make one and order anything with carrot in it
- The Berkshire pork was mind blowing. The most flavorful cut of meat Ive had in years.
- The best part is a glass of wine in the garden. Food tastes fine but seems like they care more about presentation.
- excellent brunch. Must try sweet potato bread, carrot kathi roll
- Brunch here is fantastic! Make a reservation. Get the egg rolls. Be happy.
