Foursquare Tips

  • One of my favorite places in the world. The chef and his wife call this restaurant - baby. So, they treat it the best way! The best for brunches!
  • In Djurgrden, Magnus Ek and Agneta Green opened Oaxen Krog, their high-end dining room, and Slip, a neighboring bistro. Dishes spotlight local ingredients (reindeer tartare with char roe).
  • I prefer the Slip. The ambiance, service, views, and food is top notch. It's all about quality, not quantity.
  • Went here for Sunday lunch. We shared a few dishes so no need to order one each if you are having a starter as well. The food and the venue is excellent!
  • Don't miss the washroom soundtrack recorded on a Stockholm tram.
  • Loved the beef tartar
  • Always read to the end of the description.
  • Wonderful place to be.
  • The baked egg is where it's at.
  • Really tasty food in a casual setting (regarding Slip).
  • We've only tried Slip which is more casual and you order a la carte. Our next trip to Stockholm will def include a visit to Krog which offers an amazing tasting menu highly recommended by many foodies
  • One of the tastiest dinners I have had. Breaded celery, fried sourdough with kale...
  • Everything is great. Starters to Entrees. Fish of the day (halibut) was perfectly prepared.
  • Ambiance is amazing, staff is extraordinary, bread is dry good. You will not be disappointed with the tastes. All good but not extraordinary.
  • The cod for two was good.
  • Go during the business lunch. Excellent food and a great value for Stockholm! Make a day out of it with the Vasa Museum and Skansen because this restaurant is nearby
  • Venison tatar was amazing! Main courses were okay - nothing Special. I think its slightly overrated. Location is unique though.
  • Gran restaurante. Muy buena cocina y bodega, excelente y encantador servicio. Para mi, el mejor restaurante de Estocolmo.
  • Went for the great value weekday lunch and were not disappointed. Lovely setting and delicious food.
  • Fish, vegetables, dessert, wine
