Tips

  • Voted Best Vietnamese Restaurant in Westword's Best of Denver 2011!
  • Try the sriracha. :) and anything on the menu
  • New Saigon is a land of options, and they're all awesome. The food is just solid here. Twenty-five years of business solid. Really. [Eater 38 Member]
  • Plan ahead and order yourself two banh mi sandwiches for dinner for less than $10. If you cant wait, mix up the fillings and have one for lunch and one for dinner.
  • Ls1 bowl for lunch
  • Go for lunch! Get the LS1. BUUN NAEC BIEAT & a Vietnamese coffee. Amazing!
  • This restaurant boasts a sophisticated menu and unassuming storefront location. Even connoisseurs will return here after trying the crisp classic Vietnamese spring rolls called cha gio.
  • Bakery is always crackin. Be sure to get here before 2 though cause they usually run out of baguettes by then.
  • We always grab a green pandan waffle for the drive home, along with a rainbow-hued boba smoothie or some refreshingly sweet-tart, fresh-squeezed sugarcane juice.
  • The spring roll is delicious.
  • Deliciously Delicious (:
  • Everything on the menu is good. I always get the Bo Bop Thau and the Lau Bap Chuoi. *drool* ;p*
  • Nothing better than the Bun Dac Biet!
  • LS1 is the best lunch special.
  • Avocado shakes, noodles, everything!!!
  • Super friendly staff, cant think of anything I wouldnt recommend.
  • Noodle bowl and egg rolls are wonderful!
  • Fried spring roll and grilled chicken noodle bowl- yum.
  • Salads and noodles tasted great. Portions large. Service was very very slow.
  • Banh mis are huge
