• Good sandwiches, sad desserts. Pretty good deal: sandwich comes with fries, or a different side. Mount Kao beef sub is good. Spicy chicken sandwich is also good, but not spicy.

• The breads are mediocre, which in a better sandwich city would be a total sin, but here in sandwich-starved Taipei, they are par for the course. The fried meat balls are pretty great.
