- If it is Rhubarb season, stay here a week and eat everything on the menu. The best food I've had including anywhere in Seattle and SF.
- Chef Norman smokes the ham for his hand-pinched raviolis himself and roasts peaches from local farms alongside garlic-and oregano rubbed chicken (pastured by a supplier down the road)
- Norman and Kristen Six are amazing. They moved back to Colville from Chicago and brought their culinary expertise with them. Check them out on Trip Advisor. You'll see.
- Currently doing soup mixes that are absolutely delightful. While everything is good, it is the non- beef dishes that are sensational!
