  • Get the pepper chicken with fried plantain. Oh my goodness it's so flavourful!
  • Masas de puerco is proper!
  • Affordable legit Latin food, try the Tena beer from Nicaragua...plantain chips and black beans are a must!
  • Pan con bistec.
  • Sopa de Pollo.
  • Latin lunch
  • One of the most modestly priced restaurants on South Beach. Yet authentic "home style" Cuban food, that tastes beyond great. I recommend pollo a la plancha, and the boiled yuca is terrific!!!!
  • Walked in here and a giant crowd of cops were seated. A good sign if you ask me (they tend to get around) and the Cuban sandwiches turned out to be excellent.
  • El cafe es bueno!!
  • Good authentic food
  • Best Cafe con leche by the beach.
  • Mal servicio, y exigen el 15% de propina de manera obligatoria. Really bad service and food. The waitress was very rude asking for obligatory 15% of tips.
  • The croquette preparada was a bit weak. I've had better.
  • Sandwich cubano!!!
  • Good prices and ok food. Good enough for a quick lunch. Had the #1 steak and rice.
  • I forgot my wallet in the restaurant. I went back and they, very kindly gave me. Excellent service. Thank you.
  • Off the hook delicious - run over here ASAP - tostones, Bistec en Canzuela - omg
  • Great ! Experience good food with locals for great value. Fish was actually better than some high end resort restaurants I have tried in Miami Beach.
  • Try the tostones rellenos with shirmp, best ones ever!
  • The texture of the Beaujolais is absolutely perfect!
