Tips

  • Can't go wrong with their tartes flambees. Order any of them and you won't be disappointed! You'll forget you're in the UES in New York and think you're in Strasbourg instead.
  • Amazing!! The tarte flambe with gruyere, onion, and bacon was amazing. The waiter was also the owner - so nice and accommodating. We will be back - cant wait to try more!
  • Delicious. A must-try in NYC. If you like strong cheese, you must try the Munster tarte flambee. The biquette, forestiere, gratinee Kipik are my other faves.
  • Mushroom lovers will love the Forestire
  • The tradionnelle is a must - a light bread pizza of sort!
  • New favorite spot!!! Everything is delicious. Especially love the biquette, banana split, and almond croissant.
  • The owner is a sweetheart! Get unlimited flambs!!! So worth the money! Get the bacon with honey.. Perfect!
  • Don't call it a pizza. Respect.
  • Tuesdays: wines are HALF off. Woo woo!!
  • The best pain au chocolat I've ever had. Try it.
  • Cute Alsatian restaurant. If you've got a sweet tooth (like me), the tartes sucrees are a must try for brunch!
  • The Munster is my favorite!
  • Everything
  • Cheap and delicious. Staff were lovely.
  • I love the Forestierre and the Biquette. Honestly, it's all delicious
  • don't sleep on the strawberry and Nutella option
  • The original tarte flamb is absolutely delicious! And $4 champagne ladies nights are great!
  • It's a little pricey for what it is. Get the Traditional with Munster and the tarte flambe with strawberry and chocolate.
  • Food was good but I was still hungry afterwards. Hubby and I shared one savory Tarte and one sweet Tarte. Worth trying if you're not famished.
  • Get the northern French flat bread
