Tips

  • u ve to wait the BO JAI RICE for an hour
  • Never failed me especially with an empty stomach after a long day! Always get the clay pot rice with , and my fav steamed egg. This time got the pan fried squid with veggies in garlic yummy too!
  • This my SG friends, is life-changing Claypot Rice.
  • The claypot rice is good but the price is a bit high for the dishes. Best dish was the salt & pepper . Overall above average. Plenty of other similar places for cheaper. Tho Service was good.
  • !!!!!!!!
  • Sometimes they might run out of bo zai fan altogether! went on a Friday at 9:30pm
  • arguably a better alternative to those on temple street. although I am not entirely sure they have an English menu.
  • Best claypot rice in Hong Kong! Get the preserved liver sausages claypot rice. Let the rice sit for a while and then enjoy the burnt crispy rice!
  • The BEST claypot rice in HK if not the world. The one I would go for is the chinese sausage claypot rice. They also serve very good .
  • Didn't get the fuss, the food is decent but definitely overpriced for what it is ($80-100 for one claypot rice), and the service is quite slow (20-25mins for food). Worth a visit, but very overhyped.

  • A very local spot. Try to bring someone who can speak Cantonese. The claypot rice is a must. Consider adding the fermented sausage and a vegetable dish.
  • I'd recommend getting the dish they are most known for: claypot rice!!
  • Finally got to try this. Did not disappoint, rice is fine and crispy and not too heavy.
  • Rice pots are the way to go
  • Consistently busy & crowded, all because the claypot rice is consistently good. Chinese sausage & liver sausage are great. Eel claypot rice is also excellent. Amazing local food. Grimy but great.
  • this place takes reservations. must order the clay pot rice with Chinese cured meats
  • Worth experiencing once as it's famous but food is a bit oily.
  • This may be the best squid in the world!!
  • The ending is gem.. Crispy rice biscuit
