Foursquare Tips

  • Chocolate sack FTW
  • A Brookline institution since 1978 that has the best bagels north of New York City.
  • New York bagels were never meant to be toasted with cream cheese. So don't pull the Boston toasting crap while your here.
  • Best Bagels in Boston and that's that
  • The salt bagels here are killer.
  • I used to live in NY and this is one of the few places in Boston where you can get a NY quality bagel. The Orr is a classic sandwich done perfectly
  • Great New York style bagels. Don't try the hamentaschen- not very tasty.
  • Nothing beats a New York bagel, but Kupel's probably had the best bagels in. Boston. At least, the best I've found so far.
  • Rat feces in dough...shut down for a day by Mass health board in March...not many people know.
  • Lactard alert! If you are lactose intolerant like me, come here because they have tofu cream cheese!
  • Even if you're not in the mood for a bagel, stop in to check out the giant pastries and try a sample.
  • best bagels around
  • I love this place! There's no way that I'll walk by and not order the poppy seed bagel with garlic & herb cream cheese!
  • Go by 9 am on a weekend for just a 10-15 min wait.
  • Bialy's and Whitefish
  • Egg and Poppyseed, but no one does it like Moe Eagerman did! Toast the bagel..it is Boston and that's how we do it!
  • Delicious bagels
  • Bagel was pretty solid. Best I've had so far in Boston, but I haven't had many to compare it to. Mistakenly got lettuce added to my bagel instead of onions, so that was sad. Will try again.
  • Brookline Village sandwich is great
  • I personally think everything there is yummy.. ESP their bagel sandwiches..
