  • Knife cut noodle!
  • Do not fear the cat ears. Think of it as Chinese orecchiette. Make sure noodles are dao xiao (knife cut) otherwise you kind of missed the whole point.
  • You know what they say about big beef rolls...
  • Knife cut noodles pan fried or in a soup are the best. Dumplings are good too. Check in on yelp for a free cold dish.
  • Beef roll, cat ears, spicy wonton. Win.

  • The #507 (tomato soup with rough cut noodles) is absolutely out of this world.

  • It's the best place for bun, dumpling and noodles.
  • Good food - I just don't know the etiquette for getting all that broth out of big steaming bowl of noodles

  • The Won Tons in Red Chili Oil were small, compact and packed with meat and the chili oil gave them a lovely zing of heat.
  • For an alternative to the Beef Roll, try out the Pork Roll. The roll itself was crispy and the pork was tender and went well with the cilantro.
  • The chicken with cold noodles is a great dish. I love the smokiness of the chicken and the chew of the knife-cut noodles.
