Tips

  • One of the best brunch spots in the city that no one seems to know about. Start with a Mixed Bag, then graduate to Marys Organic Fried Chicken & Waffles. Amazing Bloody Mary too.
  • Bartenders Michael & Lisa are quite personable!
  • This place is awesome... But think of how much awesomer it would be if you were on ecstasy!
  • The Sugar & Spice doughnuts are the best you'll eat in Portland. Forget Voodoo.
  • Chef Sarah Shafer (a CITY GRIT alum) is one of the most talented chefs we know. Dont miss her Smoked Albacore Tuna Crudo, BBQ Shrimp, Bourbon Glazed Porchetta, or the Crispy Cheddar Grits!
  • Best Fried Chicken. Love it.
  • Try the Soup of the Day: it is always great.
  • The butterscotch pudding is absolutely to die for!
  • hanger steak is awesome. salmon was awesome too, too bad it wasn't wild
  • The fried chicken. The butterscotch pudding and the ever evolving menu. One of my favorites in Portland.
  • Exceptional brunch. Salmon Benedict, Pancake and Bloody Mary all unparalleled. A not-to-be-missed Portland foodie destination
  • Bee's Knees! Happy hour special from 4:30-6:00pm.
  • Voted PDX's best Bloody Mary. Truly is one of the best Bloody Mary's I have ever had. Make sure to order one with your amazing brunch.
  • amazing! The hen was fantastic.
  • Get the Dirty Sexy Pig's Head. Texture of pulled pork, dark, rich, and very filling.
  • Long time customer leaving due to HORRIBLE service! Not worth the trip! Try Paragon instead!
  • Also their bacon wrapped oysters!
  • "Booze & Brunch" thats all I have to say
  • sit in the "library" by the bookcases. nice intimate feel. i'd skip the fried chicken and try something else
  • Fried chicken, beef ribs and the ham + pepper jelly + biscuits were delicious!
