Tips

  • Good Lunch buffet. Nice variety. Food has improved greatly over the past couple of years.
  • The garlic naan is amazing!!
  • I have been going here for years and love this place. Great food. My kids love sitting on the pillows...
  • 2010 Best of Phoenix: Best Indian Restaurant! Northern Indian cuisine, which means excellent marinated meat specialties and several kinds of bread cooked in the tandoor, a special clay oven.
  • I recently moved to Arizona from Seattle, a city that has an exquisite selection of Indian cuisine restaurants. Guru Palace is a gem in the dessert.
  • My family and I have been frequenting Guru Palace for years and prefer this restaurant over other competitive restaurant serving Indian food
  • Was not fund with the chicken masala
  • Love the lunch buffet my first time having Indian food! Simply perfection. Truly amazing in an beautiful environment. Friendly staff make you feel apart of the family
  • Step through the door at Guru Palace, and you'll find yourself inside a cocoon of Indian opulence that hints at all the excellent Punjabi cuisine on the menu.
  • Tasty. Be sure to try the buffett at Lunch to try lots of items.
  • The best service and quality Indian food!
  • Mango lassi is no longer part of the lunch buffet but you can order a giant glass for only $2.99!
  • If you're unfamiliar, try the lunch buffet for a wide selection. It's less than $10 plus it comes w/ fresh hot naan, mango lassi & hot chai tea. The staff is ALWAYS very nice & attentive.
  • My fave Indian restaurant of them all in the East Valley. The inside is dim and colorful decorations make you forget you're in AZ. They have a full bar & traditional floor seating in one corner.
  • Not sure who voted them best in 2010 because I thought it was quite mediocre. Very bland overall, and I tried a variety of items on the lunch buffet. Won't be back.
  • I liked the flavor of the vegetable korma but it's just potato, carrot and peas.
  • Spinach samosas and veggie pakora are delicious! Tandoori chicken is my hubby's favorite of the chicken dishes. Veg biryani was boring, next time I'd stick with the plain rice.
  • Love the garlic naan! Onion kulcha is also good. Make sure to get several orders as they aren't that big. I suggest 2 orders of naan per person.
