Foursquare Tips

  • Suckling pig sandwich is the perfect balance of salty and sweet.
  • The Italian Hero is quite good, and all of the sandwiches at G are large, if a bit overpriced. The few times I've visited for lunch the A/C was set to "North Pole"
  • We love Chef Mike Isabella's slightly elevated rendition of the classic chicken parm, which uses Thai basil and a rich gravy.
  • You probably can't go wrong with anything here but I recommend th Spiced Baby Goat sandwich made with harissa, lemon potatoes and oregano. For a side get the homemade chips or homemade chicharrones.
  • A roasted cauliflower sandwich isn't something I would normally order, but it's really good hear. The cauliflower is really flavorful and the toasted bun was great.
  • A great combo for their bold (and delicious) sandwiches are the house made sodas. Try one!
  • Try the roasted cauliflower sandwich, with topped with salty, fried shishito peppers, blackened whole scallion stalks, mouth-puckering pickled shallots and of fresh herbs.
  • Everything is great. Don't eat too much and consider sharing sandwiches.
  • I mean it's no Subway...
  • Spicy goat sandwich. 'nuff said!
  • Vegetarians, get the roasted cauliflower instead of the spicy mushroom. It has much more flavor.
  • It was a little pricey but the food was excellent! Also, there was an abundance of children for some reason.

  • If I could marry a sandwich it would be the roasted cauliflower with pickled shishito peppers and romesco sauce. Hot damn.
  • A lovely, very hip place for serious gourmet sandwich lovers. Great turkey sandwich with delicious multigrain bread.
  • Fantastic, huge sandwiches by day, a tasting menu at night. Can't go wrong with the classic chicken parm.
  • Currently, the arancini at G by Mike Isabella in Washington D.C. are served as a part of an Antipasti Misti platter, alongside burrata and beet salad.
  • Spiced Baby Goat sandwich is very different and very very good.
