  • The guac here is legit.
  • Nicest staff and guacamole is amazing.
  • My fave! Best happy hour in #eastvillage (maybe #nyc)! The math of the Frozen Rosalita: 1FR = tipsy. 2FR = drunk. 3FR = really drunk. 4FR = blackout. Guacamole is perfect. Food is incredible. #nyceats
  • The Guac is as good as advertised. I particularly like the hot sauce that comes with it and that they give you tortillas.
  • This textbook example of huevos rancheros arrives smothered in cool crema, mild ranchero sauce, and a shower of minced onion and cilantro. $12
  • Their unlimited drink brunch is something to try. The food is tasty too.
  • Great, lively brunch spot! Go for the Torta de Pollo: ancho-marinated grilled chicken served on a toasted roll with Chihuahua cheese, black beans, avocado, pickled jalapeo, and a mixed green salad.
  • The hasbicus margarita is wonderful. Soo good :)
  • Happy Hour times here vary by location but include cheap eats like guacamole, flautas de pollo, quesadillas and taquitos San Andres; classic margaritas, sangria and frozen Rosalitas are $6.
  • I still think about their bloody marys from time to time. Perfectly spicy and the wait staff is NOT slow on the refills. You will leave turnt. Everything else...just okay. Go guac and go cocktails.
  • Village Voice is proud to welcome Fonda to the 2014 Choice Eats food fest! Wash down the spicy guacamole with a refreshing margarita.
  • If they have the clam chowder, go get it. xo, Your Local Clam Chowdah Expert
  • Best food in NY
  • Great brunch, $25 all you can drink with food
  • Unlimited brunch is deadly. You've been warned...
  • Brunch is on point
  • Get anything with the word "mole" in it.
  • Fonda has one of the best happy hours in the city, including discounted margaritas and wine, as well as a solid line up of Mexican bites, including taquitos, guacamole, and quesadillas.
  • Some of the better Mexican cuisine in lower Manhattan. Ask them to spice up the pineapple margarita, get some guac and whatever entree strikes your fancy
  • Get the queso fundido for an appetizer and the shrimp dish for main. You won't be sorry!
